Rumble Recap:

• Inaugural season of Rumble is officially over – congratulations to all the winners
• In total, we distributed $320,000 in prizes over the course of the season

Three priorities in the next two months:

1. Mint the rest of the Jolly Jokers collection and move to secondary marketplace
2. Continue to deliver new products and games, starting with Hoops
3. Expand our userbase and grow the community

Priority #1: Mint Jolly Jokers

• Holders can now mint additional Jokers for $99 on the JJ website (https://www.jollyjokersnft.com/)
• Four Tiers of JJ holders:
  • Jolly Jokers: Hold 1+
  • All-Stars: Hold 5+
  • Hall of Fame: Hold 10+
  • Gold Club: Hold 15+ or a Golden GOAT
• 3-phase mint plan over the next ~month after which we will close the collection and move to secondary marketplace

Priority #2: New Products & Games

• Three methods to expand our product suite:
  • Expand support of Dapper Sports ecosystem (i.e. Hoops)
  • Expand suite of in-house pack-based games (i.e. Own the Madness)
  • Expand content and analytics support to other Sports NFTs (announcement coming soon!)
• Introducing OTM Hoops (https://hoops.otmnft.com/):
  • Use your NBA Top Shot Moments to build a Hoops Roster and compete against other collectors (think Rumble, but for NBA Top Shot)
  • Hoops Roster: 8 players – 2 G, 2 F, 1 C, 3 UTIL
  • Use a rare or legendary moment to designate one player your Hoops Hero, which gives a 1.25x scoring boost
  • Scoring system: point for each point scored, 1.5 for assists, 1.2 for rebounds, 3 for blocks and steals, and then -1 for turnoversGame format is very beta – keeping it simple to start with complexity comingPrivate Contests and Private Leagues – users and communities can create their own contests and leagues to compete with their friends
  • Customize your game settings to play Hoops however you want (scoring system, roster construction, etc.)
  • Alpha Stress Test contest taking place tonight Thursday 2/16 and available to everyoneJolly Joker Beta League launching Thursday 2/23 gated for JJ holders
  • Currently there are not any major prize pools available for Hoops, but this is something we are hoping to build towards in the future! In the meantime, think about Hoops as a way to use your NBA Top Shot Moments to play in contests against your friends and other community members.
  • The more traction we are able to show as a community, the more likely we will be to secure prize pools in the future!

Priority #3: Grow Userbase & Community

• Best way to provide prize pools is by working with third party companies such as Dapper Labs and Underdog Fantasy
• Best way to lock down deals with partners is to show user growth
• Ask of the community to help us grow by inviting your friends to participate in the games, starting with Own the Madness in March
