Jolly Joker Collection Update

Jolly Jokers have been on FIRE the past two weeks, with 1,807 unique holders and counting.

We have built a new JJ Discord verification method (shout out to Neil) for your Jolly Joker tier. Make sure your Discord username is updated and accurate in your OTM Profile in order to link your account.

Partnership Update – DraftKings Football

We are excited to expand our partnership with DraftKings into the football season. This will include tools and content for Reignmakers Football, in addition to content for DraftKings Best Ball.

OTM Mission & Goals

Our mission at OTM is to build a fantasy sports platform that is fun, innovative, and community driven.

Three themes throughout the Town Hall session that tie-in to the mission:

1. Creating innovative game formats
2. Growing the community and combining existing communities between TOC and the Jolly Jokers
3. Creating a business model that allows us to keep doing what we are doing and delivering awesome games and products for the community

OTM GOLD Deep Dive

GOLD powers the OTM fantasy sports ecosystem. GOLD can be purchased via the OTM Cashier and comes at a 10:1 ratio to the US dollar. 10 GOLD = $1, 100 GOLD = $10, etc.

Once you own GOLD, you can use it for a variety of activities within the OTM ecosystem. This includes TOC pack purchases, Best Ball pack purchases, contest entries for games like Rumble / Hoops, and TOC’s Marketplace – anything in the OTM ecosystem can be purchased using GOLD. GOLD can also be redeemed for Dapper Balance, which can be converted to cash via a bank wire transfer, USDC, and other Dapper withdrawal methods.

There are two fees associated with GOLD

1. Purchase and withdrawal fee at the Cashier – when you purchase GOLD via the Cashier or when you redeem GOLD for Dapper balance, there is a 5% fee.
2. Monthly management fee – on the 1^st of every month starting September 1^st, there is a 1.5% monthly management fee on outstanding GOLD balances. This means that on the first of the month, any GOLD sitting in a user’s balance will be reduced by 1.5%.

Why GOLD?

1. GOLD gives us maximum ability to power our gaming ecosystem. GOLD enables things like the TOC marketplace to be completely within our control with the best ability to manage it. We have had our plan in place for a long time and have been building up to this moment for months.
2. We are testing out various business models. We believe rake is one of many reasons why current DFS is unbeatable and we want to establish a peer-2-peer platform where users can freely compete against each other. GOLD is intended to create an ecosystem that is sustainable for both the userbase and the business.
3. Our intention is to continue innovating from a product and tech standpoint. We feel that GOLD enables this by bringing in revenue in the short term, while also setting the foundation for future innovation and expansion in the various uses of GOLD.

TOC Deep Dive

TOC Packs

Packs will be available for sale starting this Thursday, August 10^th. Packs cost $99 or 990 GOLD and contain 5 cards, one of each position with 4 Base and 1 Rare.

During this first wave, packs will be available exclusively for two groups:

1. OG TOC card holders
2. Jolly Joker holders

Throughout the entirety of TOC, there will be a “Buy 5 Packs Get 1 Free” special. For every 5 packs you purchase, you get an additional pack for free. No limit to the number of packs and packs do not need to be purchased all at once to receive the deal. This deal will go live when OG TOC card holders and Jolly Joker holders are eligible to purchase packs on Thursday.

Jolly Joker Snapshot #1 – Wednesday August 9^th at midnight ET

• Everyone that holds at least one Jolly Joker at the time of this snapshot will be eligible to purchase packs on Thursday, in addition to anyone that holds any OG TOC cards.

Jolly Joker Snapshot #2 – Wednesday August 16^th at midnight ET

• Anyone that takes advantage of the “Buy 5 Packs Get 1 Free” special in the first week will be eligible for our Jolly Joker tier-based TOC promotion.

TOC Prizing

Prizing will be determined as a direct function of the number of packs that are sold. For every 1,250 packs sold, 1M GOLD (equivalent to $100,000) will be added to the prize pool. For those doing the math at home, that means 80% of the money from pack purchases will go back into the prize pool.

The overall prize pool will be split into three sections:

Weekly Prizes

Weekly prizes are broken down between 5 contests, with 60% going to the Main Event and 10% going to each of the four other contests

Early in the season, users will also have the opportunity to win packs as a portion of the prizes offered.

TOC Final + Champions Final

15% of the total prize pool will be set aside for two end of year tournaments, taking place in Week 17. 10% will go to the TOC Final and 5% will go to the Champions Final.

TOC Marketplace

The marketplace will be in GOLD and will be opening after Week 1. Week 1 will be unique in that players will only be able to use the cards they have pulled from packs. Once the marketplace opens, you’ll be able to list cards in GOLD, and there will be a 5% GOLD fee on the seller for each transaction.

Rumble 2023 Details

We are currently working with Dapper Labs to have a  weekly free-to-enter contest sponsored by Dapper however we do not have anything finalized. We are hopeful to lock down a deal prior to Week 1. Support from the community (on Twitter, ALL DAY Discord, etc.) is appreciated to let the ALL DAY team know how much you love Rumble and are eager for them to partner with OTM on Rumble!

Rumble Legends

The OTM team has been deep in the lab working to figure out creative ways to deliver an awesome Rumble experience regardless of whether or not we get Dapper support.With this comes the introduction of Rumble Legends – a unique way to enjoy Rumble all season long and compete to become the ultimate Rumble Legend.

Everything works backwards from a 1,000-player final Rumble Legends tournament that will take place across three weeks in Week 15, 16, and 17.

Structure:

• Week 15: 1,000 entries, top 333 advance to Week 16 
• Week 16: 333 entries, top 100 advance to Week 17
• Week 17: Final 100 entries compete in a one-week tournament

The prize pool with come as a direct function of sales. Based on expected sales, we are hopeful and projecting that the top prize will be $10,000 or more.

In order to gain entry into the Rumble Legends tournament, you must win Golden Tickets throughout the season. 1,000 Golden Tickets can be earned via weekly contests and there is no cap on how many Golden Tickets you can win. There will be two qualifier contests each week, the Rumble Legends Qualifier and the Jolly Joker Qualifier.

Breakdown of 1,000 Golden Tickets:

• 700 (70%) Golden Tickets will be awarded via the Rumble Legends Qualifier
• 200 (20%) Golden Tickets will be awarded via the Jolly Jokers Qualifier
• 100 (10%) Golden Tickets will be awarded via other methods throughout the season

To participate in each weekly contest, you must own ticket(s) for that week. For every ticket you own, you get one lineup into the Rumble Legends contest. You can get tickets by purchasing them directly or winning them in other contests.

Season Passes are available for all. Each Season Pass gets you one ticket into the contest each week from Week 1 through Week 14.

Quarterly tickets can be purchased and get you access to four straight weeks for that quarter.

Rumble Legends Qualifier Weekly Prizing

• Top 50 get a Legends Final Golden Ticket
• 51-100 get a Quarter 2 Ticket

Jolly Joker Qualifier Tournament

In addition to the Rumble Legends Qualifier contest each week, there will be a Jolly Joker Qualifier contest. 200 of the 1,000 Golden Tickets are reserved for a weekly Jolly Joker gated qualifier contest. Must also own at least one Season Pass to gain access to this contest.

Each week, you can enter one lineup per JJ owned. A weekly snapshot will be taken to determine how many entries each user gets. You can only use a Moment in one lineup within the contest. Your highest score from each week counts towards a cumulative leaderboard, per user.

200 total Golden Tickets awarded to Jolly Joker holders:

• Top 10 each week for Weeks 1 to Week 14 (140 total)
• Top 50 on the cumulative leaderboard
• 10 other tickets to be earned by Jolly Joker holders through other methods

The final 100 Golden Tickets will be available to win through other contests / activities.

Weekly Rumble GOLD Contests:

There will be three additional Rumble contests available in the lobby every week that users can enter with GOLD, separate from the Rumble Legends contest. 100% of the GOLD from entries goes into the prize pool using our standard payout structure.

1. Main Event: 99 GOLD, 5-max
2. Single Entry: 250 GOLD, single entry
3. Double Up: 500 GOLD, single entry double up
